We help rural property owners identify and develop opportunities to extend the scope of their
businesses, including alternative uses and opportunities to make savings through
building improvements and the use of alternative technologies and help in their evaluation
through business appraisals.
We have acted for farmers in
discussions for the establishment of wind farms and have experience in negotiating option
agreements and lease terms .

Towler is able to arrange on-farm sales of machinery, tractors and equipment and
livestock, either on cessation of business or as part of farm re-structuring.
